I am so excited to have you join me as we continue the journey to finding abundant life in the middle of our sometimes-messy seasons.
I am Ms Ruth.
I am a Christian who loves to reach others through writing, poetry, art, preaching and prayer.
My late husband and I pastored, evangelized, sang, raised three children and became grandparents of eight grandchildren together. He worked as a Heavy Equipment operator, and I worked as a Spiritual life Coach at a Faith based drug rehab. Our life together was full and when he passed, we had very few regrets.
As I start this new season of my life, I am really privileged to take time to excavate what I have learned along the way, and I am excited to have new avenues for sharing my journey and being part of yours.
Buckle up! This ride will be full of treasures, but we have to go find them! Let's get started!!!!
My blog posts and podcasts are gleanings from the fields of my life. They are nuggets of priceless gatherings God had hidden for me along the way. My hope is they will shine light on your own treasures he has hidden for you and in you. They are plentiful, my friend, even if you can't see them yet.
My blog posts and podcasts labeled the "Story I did not want to tell" are my journey to finding joy when dealing the grief and loss.
It was not the story I would have chosen, not the one I wanted to tell, but God has taught me so much that it demands to be shared. It is a place we all must walk. This is how God lighted my way and showed me the treasures of suffering.
